All items on this website are handmade, limited editions or one-of-a-kind pieces. We do our best to match gemstones and materials. Slight differences in size, color and clarity of stones are unavoidable.

All prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the silver and gold market and the size of stones. If a price increase affects your item, you will be notified before we process your order.

Eva Sachs Designs utilizes the secure method of payment via PayPal. That way we can assure the privacy and security of your personal information. If you are uncomfortable paying with a credit card, we accept payment by check or money order. Or you may call us with payment information. All Florida residents must pay 7% sales tax.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Eva Sachs Designs does not ship orders to P.O. boxes.
United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping times are approximate. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

We accept PayPal payments from international customers with a PayPal account and offer Priority International Flat Rate shipping. Shipping rates include shipping, handling, tracking and insurance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages or lost merchandise incurred in transit.

Returns:
Returns are accepted for items in original, unworn, and resalable condition within 15 days. You must email us within 7 days with the reason for your return and to obtain our returns mailing address. Please pack your items carefully and ship via an insured, trackable carrier with delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be given for items lost in transit. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable and custom orders are not returnable. Items sent without prior notification will be returned.
Repair Policy:
Please remember that the handmade aspect of our jewelry will vary slightly and may contain natural imperfections. These will not be considered damaged goods.
All Eva Sachs Designs pieces can be repaired, permitting that we have the material in stock.
Unless items are determined to be defective, all repairs will be performed for a fee. It’s best to contact us for further information before returning any item for repair or replacement.
*We do not incur shipping costs. All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Only deemed faulty and repairable items may be requested to be repaired. An estimate will be sent to you before work is completed. Minimum charges start at US$15. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
Custom Design:
If you have something in mind and would like to have it custom made, please email us with as much information as possible to begin he design process. Full payment will be required before work can begin. Please note that custom items are not returnable.
